Real Life

I just have to post this one as a disclaimer, the kid does cry, although he may seem all smiles. He has his moments! All in all, a very good baby.... but a baby none the less! Here you go...... real life

8 months

Tuesday marked 8 months of the little mans life. Still no teeth, still no crawling, but loads of smiles!

Highlands

We spent the weekend in Highlands, it is so pretty up there this time of year we made sure we could squeeze a quick visit in before it's too late! I love the fall. I few pics from the weekend.

Pumpkin Patch

We went to Burts Farm this weekend with the Chandler's, we had so much fun. I couldn't believe how many pumpkins they had and how many people were there! Crazy! We got some great pictures, picked out a great pumpkin, and went on a fun hay ride! It was a beautiful fall day with some great friends!

too bright mommy! Can't see... but I'll smile anyway!

BIG pumpkin!

7 Months (a little late)

Here are the 7 months pictures but I'm posting them a bit late. We are having a hard time keeping the sign in place. The kid grabs everything.
I officially feel like a parent now that we pretty much spill a drink everytime we go out to eat.

the good pictures

and the outakes

and I just have to document our living room, notice all the baby equipment in the back....
it has taken over! As Trip said the other day, things are really changin' around here!

A few of my favorite things

Here are a few of my favorite things that I have found to make life so much easier since the little man came into our world..............
 The ultimate crib sheet!
I have two of them and they are INCREDIBLE. Changing regular crib sheets is such a pain in the rump with those bumpers and these just make life so much easier, snap them on and off, and they are waterproof!
My bob stroller, it's been everywhere with us!

Muslin burpy bibs! Lots of coverage for those messy eaters and so cute!
Brooks has loved his swing, it's a beautiful thing!

And he still loves his zoo play-mat, we always take it when we go out of town. Definitely gotten our money's worth out of this one.
And my baby bible, Baby Wise has been a fantastic resource for me, and I swear it works getting your baby sleeping (at least for this little man)

And we love our video monitor given to us by my classroom parents last year!
